Haleʻiwa to Runway Beach

This fun paddle takes you past Haleʻiwa, Waialua and Mokuleia normally with a good tailwind to push you down the coast. This is a good run for sailing or kite flying. Surfers can zig-zag their way through the breakers along the way. If we’re lucky we’ll see the spinner dolphin pod that frequents Haleʻiwa. Meet by the Haleʻiwa war memorial at 8:30 AM. Carpool at 9:00 AM. – 8 mi.

Launch Location:

Park near to the war memorial if possible. If not, park in the lot at the beach park.

Landing Location:

Runway Beach. Just past the Dillingham Airfield, before Camp Erdman. Park on the side of Farrington Hwy.
