He’eia Kea Canoe Hale

Meet at the canoe hale just to the left at the boat harbor entrance.

Join us for a howling good time as we paddle to the sandbar under the light of the full moon. While this roundtrip EZ Glider is suitable for the casual kayaker it is not for first-time paddlers since we’ll be paddling at night. Bring a waterproof light to illuminate your kayak (white glow sticks work well for this) and a snack to share on the sandbar. Moonrise 5:11 pm, Sunset 6:08 pm, Low tide 7:20 pm -0.6 ft. Meet in front of the He‘eia Kea canoe hale at 6:00 pm. – 2.5 mi.
