Heeia Kea to Ahu o Laka (Kāne’ohe Sandbar)

An EZ Glider roundtrip paddle from the He’eia Kea canoe hale to Ahu o Laka, the sandbar in the middle of Kaneohe Bay. A great beginners paddle! There will be a negative low tide at 10:24 AM so we should be able to land on the sandbar. We’ll take a break there to have a snack, swim, snorkel or fish around the sandbar. Meet at 9:30 AM, launch at 10:00 AM. No carpool, but you may want to arrive early to get parking at the harbor or along Kam Highway. – 2.4 mi.
