DESCRIPTION:This event was rescheduled from February 8\, 2026. \n\n\n\nSurfers meet at the Kailua Boat Ramp for an 8:30 AM surf clinic. Surfing not required\, but those so inclined will get basic surf instruction and then practice with other experienced kayak surfers. Everyone meets back on the Mokes for lunch. If you don’t have a good surf boat\, contact the leader in advance about borrowing one. No carpool. – 3.5 mi. \n\n\n\nPaddle Leader:\n\n\n\n\n\nLaunch Location:\n\n\n\nLaunch or land on the Lanikai side of the boat ramp. DESCRIPTION:Paddle from the Kualoa campground to Kahana Bay. Route may go inside or outside the reef depending on conditions. Carpool leaves Kualoa at 9:00 am. – 7.5 mi. \n\n\n\nPaddle Leader: \n\n\n\n\n\nLaunch Location:\n\n\n\nDrive down the park road and take the right fork at the roundabout before the last parking lot. Drive around the partially closed gate to Campground “A”. Go to the end of the gravel road. We’ll be in the small group campsite past the outrigger canoes in the southwest corner of the park. The gate to the park opens at 7 am. \n\n\n\n\n\n			\n				\n			\n		Gravel road to Campground A\n\n\n\n\n			\n				\n			\n		Campground A\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLanding Location:\n\n\n\nKahana Bay Beach Park.
