Park in the dirt lot to the left of the pier. You will have to carry your kayak down a short slope to the beach.

An EZ Glider round-trip paddle from the Makai Range Pier to Makapu‘u going around Mānana (Rabbit) Island if conditions allow. This is an EZ Glider based on the distance, but it can can be windy and choppy so check the forecasts to see if it matches your comfort level before coming out. The actual course will be set at the time of launch. Snorkeling may be possible. Probably too early for whale watching, but maybe we’ll see an early bird. Meet at the Makai Range Pier at 9:00 AM. Launch around 9:30. No carpool.
