Christmas Party

This event is for club members and their guests only.

We’ll celebrate the holidays at the Hawaii Trail & Mountain Club clubhouse with our usual festivities: Potluck dinner, Gift Exchange, Photo, Video and Video Clip Contest and caroling. The party will be held mainly in the pavilion in the yard, but there will be access to the main room upstairs in case of rain or snow.

This year’s gift exchange will be a little different…the Grinch will lead a gift exchange game. Instead of buying something new we encourage you to bring a wrapped, slightly used or recycled gift (up to $20 value), the wackier and funnier the better!

If you want to enter the photo, video or video clip contest here are the rules. Photos and videos must have been taken after and including last year’s Christmas party. You do not have to be present to win, but a printed photo must be submitted.

Pupus and mingling starts at 5 pm. Potluck at 6 pm.

Everyone should bring a dish to share and your own drinks. Vegan dishes are welcome. If you have potluck questions contact Eileen.
