Heʻeia Kea Pier to Kapapa Island

A return to an old stomping ground! Meet at the He’eia Kea Small Boat Harbor’s canoe hale at 9:00 AM. Bring lunch and snorkel gear, if so inclined. The route goes across part of the Sandbar (Ahu O Laka) and may get shallow at spots so bring reefwalkers or tennies/tabies for crossing shallow spots and the rocky landing on the island. No carpool. – 5 mi.
