Christmas Party 2025

This event is for club members and their guests only.

We’ll celebrate the holidays at the Hawaii Trail & Mountain Club clubhouse with our usual festivities: Potluck dinner, Gift Exchange Melee, Photo, Video and Video Clip Contest and caroling. The party will be held mainly in the pavilion in the yard, but there will be access to the main room upstairs in case of rain or snow.

Pupus and mingling starts at 4:30 pm. Potluck at 5:30 pm.

We’re going back to our traditional Gift Exchange Melee. We encourage recycling a gently used item for the gift. If you’re buying something new get something around a $20 value. Wrap the gift and bring it for a spirited grab bag exchange.

If you want to enter the photo or video contest here are the rules. The rules have changed this year so make sure you read them. You do not have to be present to win, but a printed photo must be submitted. Photos and videos must have been taken after and including last year’s Christmas party.

Voting will take place at the party, but you can preview the videos before the party here.

Everyone should bring a dish to share and your own drinks. Vegan dishes are welcome. Please put your name on your dishes and utensils. Be prepared to bring leftovers of your dish home. If you have potluck questions contact Eileen.

Sing-a-long Christmas Carols

If you want to get your vocal chords warmed up here are the carols we’ll be singing. We’ll also be doing an audience participation Hawaiian Twelve Days of Christmas hula.

The party is a great time to renew your club membership. We’re also having a sale on our old club t-shirts, $10 each!
